I received an email with all the new "cleaning standards" because of the virus like 1 cape per person and classes the stylists took and all procedures and precautions. I saw no stylist change capes at all they used same one on everyone. While sitting in waiting room I watched a stylist spray just water on the counter to clean. My time came for a cut and I watched my stylist clean everything fresh infront of me which was nice and my haircut looked great after. As far as service I was happy with the head massage too after my cut. The part I'm disgusted at and the reason I won't be returning is while my stylist was cutting my hair I overheard another stylist tell the guy at desk that she cut a womans hair night before who admitted to having a fever and cough and lying about it to get the cut. My stylist didn't seemed surprised but didn't say anything. Why would the store be open and servicing people if they knew a client was sick? And more so why would the stylist who knew and cut that woman hair be there after being exposed? I wasn't going to complain at first but the more I thought I realized how messed up it is. I reported it to OSHA and I hope this location gets there salon in order.
Very friendly and fun atmosphere, they give a great haircut
